Your relationship will be tracked through a series of proprietary Indexes based on LifeCouples algorithms. You have your own Index ratings for Communication, Trust, Intimacy and Conflict Resolution along with an Overall Relationship Index. These Indexes, private to you only, gauge your perspective of the relationship and highlight areas of growth. Your partner will have their own set of Relationship Indexes. The Activities, Tools and Content within LifeCouple will improve your Relationship Indexes and focus you on enhancing your relationship.Relationship Pulse Check In: You and your partner will be asked, separately and at random times to do a Relationship Pulse Check In. You will be asked a few questions to assess your relationship which will potentially move your indexes and identifies where your relationship is strong or where it still needs focus. LifeCouple refers to this as your Relationship DNA!Relationship Alert: If you have a low Index rating, LifeCouple notifies you with a Relationship Alert that the index is at a sub-optimal level. If at any time there is a sizable difference in a specific Index rating between you and your partner, you will both receive a Relationship Alert. This is all done with your Index ratings private to you. The Alert calls out a specific area of focus and will be removed when the difference between you and your partner is at an acceptable level.Activities: LifeCouple has developed individual and couple-based Activities which are short, easy and personalized for you. There is a diverse set of Activities that help you better understand yourself and engage interactively in creative ways.LifeCouple tracks your progress, motivates you to complete each Activity and determines the best Activities for you and your partner.Tools: An essential aspect of the LifeCouple experience will be the use of multiple interactive Tools. The Tools are available to you 24/7 in the Relationship Toolkit, accessible right from your dashboard.Plus, you can use the Emotional Bank Account to let your partner know when their actions were meaningful to you.How do I get started? The first step is the On-Boarding Assessment which creates your initial Relationship Indexes. Then, youll be able to invite your partner to join with you. If your partner is not ready to join, you can still use LifeCouple on your own. After you finish the assessment, youll receive a notification that your first Activity is available and youre on your way!How do I get my partner to join? After you have signed-up within LifeCouple, they have the opportunity to invite their partner. Simply enter your partners phone number and your partner will receive a text message invite. When your partner accepts the invite, the two of you will be synced, enabling a two-way user experience.If your partner is not yet ready to sign-up, you can still focus on what you bring to the relationship using the individual Activities and Tools.Is this considered therapy? LifeCouple is not individual or couples therapy nor is this a replacement to therapy.
